Bronco Winch Bumpers for 1966 - 1977 These bumpers are designed in Auto Cad and are winch-ready. We use 3/16” and 1/4” Steel Plate for these bumpers. The fairlead and mounting plates are ¼” thick. We cut the steel in house on our 33 ton twin head CNC press. Welding is done with both Tig and Mig welding machines. Winch mounting: These bumpers have mounting holes predrilled for most standard winches up to 9500 lbs. The winch mounting bolt pattern is 4.5” x 10” Bumper mounting: The factory bumper mounts are not used with this bumper. This bumper has removable frame extensions that slide into the frame of the Bronco.
