Jeep Cherokee XJ Winch Bumpers for 1984 to 2001. These bumpers are designed in Auto Cad and are winch-ready. We use 1/8 , 3/16” and ¼” Steel Plate for these bumpers. The fairlead and mounting plates are ¼” thick. We cut the steel in house on our 33 ton twin head CNC press. Welding is done with both Tig and Mig welding machines. Winch mounting: These bumpers have mounting holes predrilled for most standard winches up to 9500 lbs. The winch mounting bolt pattern is 4.5” x 10” Bumper mounting: The factory bumper mounts are not used with this bumper. This bumper has removable frame extensions that can be mounted to the frame of the Jeep before the bumper is lifted on to the jeep for mounting. These frame extensions distribute the weight and stress from the bumper and winch. Shipping is set at $60 for no brush guard and $80 for each bumper with a brush guard to the major 48 states in the U.S.  This is a raw steel winch bumper for the 84-01 Jeep Cherokee XJ.
